\t\t\t\t\t\t\t On Friday 31 January in Alghero special evening dedicated to \u201cOur kitchen of home\u201d, the new book by Luca Pappagallo, the web star cook and the founder of Cookaround and animator of the portal \u201cCasa Pappagallo\u201d. To converse and duet in the stove with Luca Pappagallo there will be the journalist and historian of the kitchen Giovanni Fantello, author of the award -winning \u201cGrazia Deledda and food\u201d.
\nThe event will also be attended by the Galavera cellars of Usini who will offer the public a glass of their wines.
\nThe appointment is for 18.30 in the patio de \u201cLo Quarter\u201d (Largo San Francesco).<\/p>\n

In the new book Luca Pappagallo opens the doors of his cuisine to explore the roots of the Italian tradition \u2013 made by grandparents and grandparents of yesterday and today, but also by all those who are passionate about authentic and sincere flavors.
