\t\t\t\t\t\t\t \ud83c\udf77 Do you love wine and would like to know it better? The Wine Festival returns, a journey of knowledge and approach to the world of wine, divided into five different events.<\/p>\n

1) TASTING TECHNIQUE + tasting
\n2) OENOLOGY PILLS + tasting
\n3) THE PROFESSION OF THE SOMMELIER AND SERVICE TECHNIQUE + tasting
\n4) FOOD AND WINE PAIRING + tasting
\n5) VISIT TO THE CELLAR: PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES AND CURIOSITIES + tasting<\/p>\n

During each appointment these different aspects will be explored in depth together with professional speakers, and each appointment will end with a tasting! \ud83e\udd42<\/p>\n

The course will be held by oenologists, sommeliers, teachers and experts in the food and wine sector, who will transmit the knowledge and passion for this fantastic topic.<\/p>\n

It will be an exciting immersion into the world of wine, a series of insights perfect for both beginners and enthusiasts who want to discover a little more among precious information, anecdotes and many curiosities, in a warm and informal environment.<\/p>\n

At the end of the journey you will receive a certificate of participation and a discount voucher to be used in the sales points of the Santa Maria La Palma winery.<\/p>\n

START of the ROUTE
\nWednesday 22 January 2024, from approximately 6.30pm to 9.00pm at the La Cantina Alghero wine shop.<\/p>\n

DATES AND LOCATION
\nThe first 4 lessons will be held at the La Cantina Alghero wine shop, the dates currently are:<\/p>\n

1) Wednesday 22 January
\n2) Wednesday 29 January
\n3) Wednesday 5 February
\n4) Tuesday 11 February
\nThe first 4 lessons will be held in the La Cantina Alghero wine shop, from 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm <\/p>\n

5) Saturday 15 February, at Cantina Santa Maria La Palma from 10.00 to 12.30. <\/p>\n

The fifth lesson, with guided tour, will be held at the Santa Maria La Palma winery.<\/p>\n
