Explore the wonderful territory of Alghero with an exciting quad bike tour, in a spectacular naturalistic area located between land and sea in the north-west of Sardinia! Our expert guide will take you along dirt roads and panoramic routes, guaranteeing you an unforgettable experience in total safety. After an initial briefing to become familiar with the quad guide, your road adventure will begin through picturesque rural landscapes, sand dunes and open sea. Along the way, you will admire up close the only natural lake in Sardinia, Lake Baratz, and the stunning beach of Porto Ferro, where you will have the opportunity to take a refreshing dip in the warmer months. The ideal experience for those who want to enrich their vacation in Sardinia with unforgettable adventures and lots of fun! ITINERARY The route is approximately 35 km long, covering unpaved roads, with two possible stops. - Meet the guide and receive an initial briefing on how to ride the quad bike - Set off towards the Monte Doglia Nature Reserve - Stop to take in the views of Porto Conte and Capo Caccia from above - Arrive at Porto Ferro with a stop at the beach (if the weather is suitable, you can go for a swim) - Arrival at Lake Baratz with a stop to admire the scenery - Return to Porto Ferro During the winter months, there is no stop at the beach for swimming. From the SS127bis in the direction of Capo Caccia, after 750 m from the Palmavera Nuragic Complex turn left. After 500 m you will find the meeting point on the right: it will be on a piece of land facing the road where you can spot gazebos, ATVs, off-road vehicles. Know before you go
- To ensure the smooth running of the excursion, the tour will start promptly at the scheduled time. We invite you to arrive at the meeting point as early as indicated, as it will not be possible to postpone the start of the experience.
- The fee is for the hire of a quad bike: a quad bike can carry a maximum of 2 people
- A driving license type A, A1 is sufficient to drive the quad bike; a type B license is required to carry a passenger. You must physically present your driving license to go on the excursion as a driver.
- Underage passengers must be accompanied by a parent or an adult. The minimum age to participate in the tour is 5 years.
- This tour has a medium difficulty, please carefully consider your abilities and health conditions before booking this tour.
- For safety reasons, each quad bike can carry a maximum total weight of 190 kg
