5 PASSI VERSO IL VINO: edizione 2025

🍷 Do you love wine and would like to know it better? The Wine Festival returns, a journey of knowledge and approach to the world of wine, divided into five different events.

1) TASTING TECHNIQUE + tasting
2) OENOLOGY PILLS + tasting
3) THE PROFESSION OF THE SOMMELIER AND SERVICE TECHNIQUE + tasting
4) FOOD AND WINE PAIRING + tasting
5) VISIT TO THE CELLAR: PRODUCTION TECHNIQUES AND CURIOSITIES + tasting

During each appointment these different aspects will be explored in depth together with professional speakers, and each appointment will end with a tasting! 🥂

The course will be held by oenologists, sommeliers, teachers and experts in the food and wine sector, who will transmit the knowledge and passion for this fantastic topic.

It will be an exciting immersion into the world of wine, a series of insights perfect for both beginners and enthusiasts who want to discover a little more among precious information, anecdotes and many curiosities, in a warm and informal environment.

At the end of the journey you will receive a certificate of participation and a discount voucher to be used in the sales points of the Santa Maria La Palma winery.

START of the ROUTE
Wednesday 22 January 2024, from approximately 6.30pm to 9.00pm at the La Cantina Alghero wine shop.

DATES AND LOCATION
The first 4 lessons will be held at the La Cantina Alghero wine shop, the dates currently are:

1) Wednesday 22 January
2) Wednesday 29 January
3) Wednesday 5 February
4) Tuesday 11 February
The first 4 lessons will be held in the La Cantina Alghero wine shop, from 7.00 pm to 9.00 pm

5) Saturday 15 February, at Cantina Santa Maria La Palma from 10.00 to 12.30.

The fifth lesson, with guided tour, will be held at the Santa Maria La Palma winery.
